Slow roasted leg of lamb with aromatic rice and nuts.

It’s magnificent and easy to make. This platter is impressive and always makes a dramatic centrepiece on the table. The meat is slow roasted in the oven that ends up so succulent and tender. You won’t need a knife to carve as it literally falls off the bone . I served it with rice that’s fluffy and packed with flavours!
